Refund and Return Policy

• Always inform us via whatsapp or emails provided in the website.
• Report your problems within 7 days of receiving the item in question.
• By informing us before sending the materials as defect through courier or mail.
• Shipping charges should be borne by the customers.
• Within 7 working days of confirmation from our end and with original packaging and in original condition (please no worn, washed, used or altered items) with the original invoice given to you.
• After examining the garments you returned to figure out what went wrong and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from recurring.
• We will not be responsible if for non delivery of the returned product due to any unwanted situation or mishap by the designated courier.
• Please mark the item as defective return and not for sale and declare a low nominal value.
